Everything cleaned up at last..Injectors were stripped and carefully cleaned. Glowplug test revealed one was U/S .. have spare ones so no probs there..
Managed to break no 1 camshaft bearing cap :( !!!
I really dont know how,, was tightening all 6 nuts so carefully, a bit at a time.. gutted..
Have borrowed no #3 cap from other head (the best of the two outer caps) and all seems ok ... Camshaft turns nicely...
Valave clearance checking later, plus headbolt measuring... Workrate should go up, now the weekend is out of the way.. ;)
